1. Acceptance

By using OpenPersona, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account security, API keys, and all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not create personas that impersonate real people, promote illegal activity, or contain harmful content. Do not abuse the API or attempt to circumvent rate limits.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of personas you create. OpenPersona has a license to host and display your content on the platform. Official curated content is owned by Liquidstyle Digital.

5. The Standard

The OpenPersona Standard is licensed under Apache 2.0. You may use, modify, and distribute implementations freely.

6. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits. Abuse results in suspension. See the API documentation for tier limits.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranty on AI-generated content including image prompts and system prompts.
